Cancellation processing and refund follow-up
Name correction requests on existing bookings
Seat upgrade and selection assistance
TrueBlue points and loyalty account inquiries
General travel support and airline policy guidance

We act as an intermediary service. We do not operate, own, or control any airline, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from airlines. Results depend on the airline's own policies, availability, and discretion.

2. Service Fees

Fee Disclosure: Our services are fee-based. We charge a service fee starting from $50 USD, which may vary depending on the complexity and nature of your case. All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any payment is processed. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not agree with the quoted fee.

Fees cover our specialists' time, expertise, and the assistance provided. Service fees are separate from and in addition to any charges imposed by airlines (such as airline change fees or fare differences), which remain your responsibility.

3. No Airline Affiliation

We are not an airline, airline representative, or official airline customer service. We are an independent, private company. Any trademarks, airline names, or brand names mentioned on our website are used solely to describe the type of passenger assistance we provide and remain the property of their respective owners.

Passengers retain the right to contact their airline directly at no cost. Our service is an alternative, not a replacement, for direct airline contact.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your travel issue
Authorize us to act on your behalf when contacting the airline
Review and confirm all details before we submit any request
Pay agreed-upon service fees promptly
Not use our service for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to resolve your travel issue, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Airlines retain full discretion over their decisions regarding rebooking, refunds, cancellations, and other requests. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific service rendered.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including missed flights, hotel costs, or other travel-related losses.
